1. Introduction and Agreement (Giriş ve Kabul)
EN: These terms and conditions apply to the co-7 app created by co-7 (“Service Provider”) as a Free service. By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.
TR: Bu kullanım koşulları, co-7 (“Hizmet Sağlayıcı”) tarafından ücretsiz bir hizmet olarak sunulan co-7 uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları otomatik olarak kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları)
EN: Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and database rights remain the property of co-7.
TR: Uygulamanın veya ticari markalarımızın izinsiz kopyalanması ve değiştirilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya, başka dillere çevirmeye veya türev versiyonlarını oluşturmaya çalışamazsınız. Tüm ticari markalar, telif hakları ve veritabanı hakları co-7’nin mülkiyetindedir.

3. Content and Copyright Removal (İçerik ve Telif Hakkı Kaldırma)
EN: co-7 provides media content for personal expression and entertainment. We respect intellectual property. If you believe any content infringes upon your copyrights, notify us at [email protected]. We commit to removing infringing content within 24 hours after validation.
TR: co-7, kişisel ifade ve eğlence amacıyla medya içerikleri sunar. Fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı duyuyoruz. Uygulamada size ait bir içerik olduğunu ve telif hakkınızın ihlal edildiğini düşünüyorsanız, [email protected] adresinden bize ulaşın. Hak sahipliği doğrulanan içerikler 24 saat içerisinde sistemden kaldırılacaktır.

4. Third-Party Services (Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler)
EN: The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include: Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Expo, and Cloudinary.
TR: Uygulama, kendi kullanım koşullarına sahip üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Bunlar: Google Play Hizmetleri, Firebase Analytics ve Crashlytics, Expo ve Cloudinary.

5. User Responsibilities and Connectivity (Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları ve Bağlantı)
EN: Some functions require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider for data usage (including roaming charges). co-7 cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function due to a lack of Wi-Fi, data exhaustion, or if your device runs out of battery.
TR: Bazı işlevler aktif internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Veri kullanımı (dolaşım/roaming ücretleri dahil) için mobil sağlayıcınızdan gelecek her türlü ücretten siz sorumlusunuz. Wi-Fi eksikliği, veri paketinin bitmesi veya cihazınızın şarjının bitmesi nedeniyle uygulamanın çalışmamasından co-7 sorumlu tutulamaz.

6. Security and Modifications (Güvenlik ve Müdahaleler)
EN: It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.
TR: Telefonunuzun güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınıza “jailbreak” veya “root” işlemi yapmamanızı şiddetle öneririz; bu işlemler cihazınızı kötü amaçlı yazılımlara açık hale getirebilir, güvenlik özelliklerini bozabilir ve uygulamanın hatalı çalışmasına neden olabilir.

7. Limitation of Liability (Sorumluluk Reddi)
EN: While we strive to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for information. co-7 accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the Application’s functionality.
TR: Uygulamanın güncel ve doğru olması için çaba göstersek de, bilgileri sağlamak için üçüncü taraflara güveniyoruz. Uygulamanın işlevselliğine tamamen güvenmeniz sonucunda yaşayabileceğiniz doğrudan veya dolaylı kayıplardan co-7 sorumluluk kabul etmez.

8. Updates and Termination (Güncellemeler ve Fesih)
EN: The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.
TR: Hizmet Sağlayıcı, uygulamayı dilediği zaman bildirimde bulunmaksızın güncelleyebilir veya hizmeti durdurabilir. Hizmetin feshi durumunda, size tanınan haklar sona erer ve uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakıp cihazınızdan silmeniz gerekir.

9. Account Deletion (Hesap Silme)
EN: Users can permanently delete their accounts and all associated data via Profile > Delete Account.
TR: Kullanıcılar, Profil > Hesabımı Sil adımlarını takip ederek hesaplarını ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirler.

 

10. Subscription Terms (Abonelik Koşulları)

EN: co-7 offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period.

TR: co-7, otomatik yenilenen abonelik planları (Haftalık ve Aylık) sunmaktadır. Ödeme, satın alma onayı sırasında Apple ID hesabınıza tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliklerinizi Apple ID Hesap Ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Aktif abonelik döneminin kullanılmayan kısmı için geri ödeme yapılmaz.

12. AI Features
EN: The Application offers an optional AI feature that generates images by placing a face onto curated templates.
– You are solely responsible for the photos you upload. You confirm you own them or have the explicit consent of any person appearing in them. Uploading images of other people without consent, images of minors, or any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or deceptive content (including impersonation or “deepfakes” intended to mislead) is strictly prohibited.
– AI-generated results are provided for personal entertainment on an “AS IS” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy or likeness. Results carry an AI watermark/label which you may not remove or obscure.
– We may refuse, moderate, or remove any AI content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Virtual Credits (“Jeton”)
EN:
– “Jeton” (credits) grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use a feature of the Application. They are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Credits are purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play and are non-refundable except where required by law or the relevant store’s policy. New accounts may receive a one-time free trial amount.
– Each AI generation consumes a fixed number of credits. Credit balances are maintained on our servers and are final and non-transferable. Credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for a violation of these terms.
– We reserve the right to change credit prices, the credit cost of features, and package contents at any time.

14. Stores & Availability
EN: Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) and consumable credit packs are available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Store-specific purchase terms also apply.

12. Yapay Zekâ Özellikleri
TR: Uygulama, bir yüzü hazır şablonlara yerleştirerek görsel üreten opsiyonel bir yapay zekâ özelliği sunar.
– Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Bunların size ait olduğunu veya görünen kişinin açık iznine sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız. Başkalarının görsellerini izinsiz yüklemek, reşit olmayanların görselleri ve hukuka aykırı, taciz edici, hakaret içeren, müstehcen ya da yanıltıcı (kimliğe bürünme veya kandırma amaçlı “deepfake” dâhil) her türlü içerik kesinlikle yasaktır.
– Yapay zekâ ile üretilen sonuçlar kişisel eğlence amacıyla “OLDUĞU GİBİ” sunulur. Doğruluk veya benzerlik garanti edilmez. Sonuçlar, kaldıramayacağınız veya gizleyemeyeceğiniz bir AI filigranı/etiketi taşır.
– Bu koşulları ihlal eden her türlü AI içeriğini reddedebilir, denetleyebilir veya kaldırabilir; hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

13. Sanal Jetonlar
TR:
– “Jeton” (kredi), Uygulamanın bir özelliğini kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans sağlar. Parasal değeri olmayan sanal öğelerdir ve nakde çevrilemez.
– Jetonlar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve yasa veya ilgili mağaza politikasının gerektirdiği haller dışında iade edilmez. Yeni hesaplara tek seferlik ücretsiz deneme hakkı tanınabilir.
– Her AI üretimi sabit sayıda jeton tüketir. Jeton bakiyeleri sunucularımızda tutulur, nihaidir ve devredilemez. Hesabınız bu koşulların ihlali nedeniyle kapatılırsa jetonlar geçersiz sayılabilir.
– Jeton fiyatlarını, özelliklerin jeton maliyetini ve paket içeriklerini dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız.

14. Mağazalar ve Erişim
TR: Abonelikler (haftalık, aylık ve yıllık) ve tüketilebilir jeton paketleri Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden sunulur. İlgili mağazanın satın alma koşulları da geçerlidir.
